I’m thinking I might move my running to the afternoons while I have the ability.  I’m always a little stiff in the morning, and sure, running helps relieve that, but by afternoon I’m looser and have a more relaxed attitude.  I just finished an afternoon mile.  This morning my ankle was aching and my calves were tight as could be.  It took almost a half hour of stretching just to walk around.  Maybe I should start running before bed too?
